Before you apply for home loan, there are documents that you need to keep in place as they will be needed;
Documents when applying for a home loan:
- A fully completed and signed application document.
- Copy of your South African ID.
- Proof of your current residence.
- A copy of sales agreement with both the seller and purchaser’s details.
- Proof of income – recent payslip and letter from your employer.
- Six months bank statements.
- Copy of marriage document if you are married.
